Who's behind this

Rob Crews — Brand, story, marketing & AI. 25+ years in brand and marketing. Founder of Complete Game, a national coaching certification program with 50+ certified coaches. Two-time published author, podcast host, and national-stage speaker with brand-partnership and facility-ownership experience — now focused on putting AI to work for real businesses. Rob runs the front of house: how the brand looks, sounds, and sells.

Rachel Coleman — Systems, operations & finance. Founder of Stars National (100+ teams nationally), East Coast Softball Tournaments, and softballrecruiting.com. Deep expertise in business systems, financial architecture, event marketing, and building multiple revenue channels. Rachel runs the back of house: the operations and money engine that lets a brand actually scale.

Same initials, two halves of one business. Most consultants fix the marketing or the operations. We were built to handle both at once.
