Rachel is the systems and strategy half of RC Empire. She's built and scaled multiple sports companies — tournaments, camps, travel programs, licensing, and lessons — and the operating playbook she developed is the foundation of how we work with clients today.
Outside of sports, she's applied the same systems-first approach across other industries and verticals — which is part of why the playbook works so reliably. Business is business. Sports is just the field we play on.
She's also the half of the partnership that's most ruthless about time. The whole reason the systems matter is so we can spend the afternoon with our daughter instead of in a customer service queue. That's not a slogan. That's the design constraint.

Rob has spent nearly three decades inside the sports industry. He's coached at every level, built and operated his own facility business, run a recruiting company, and grown Complete Game — his player-development brand — into a household name in the baseball and softball world.
He gets paid on every major social platform for his content — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube — and his branding work is the same playbook he gives RC Empire clients to grow their following and their income at the same time.
